Barcode Scanner

When a barcode scanner or laser device is in operation, it emits a red laser signal, which is then projected onto the object being measured, such as the barcode line, through various mirrors at different angles. Due to the possible stray light (near-infrared) in the environment where the product is used, such as intense sunlight, fluorescent lamps, and gold halide lamps, interference may occur. When the optical path is reversed, it is interfered by these near-infrared rays, causing adverse effects such as false recognition or failure to read barcodes on the sensing chip. The filters produced for these characteristics of barcode scanners are mainly applied in laser reflection, optical path conversion, filtering out interfering light from receiving sensors, and device Windows.
