KTP crystal (KTiOPO4) is one of the best nonlinear crystals with high nonlinear coefficient, low temperature sensitivity, good mechanical properties and no delixing.
Potassium titanium oxide phosphate (KTP) crystal (KTiOPO4) in frequency doubling, mixing, optical parametric oscillation, electro-optical modulation and optical waveguide and other devices, often used in low-power low-power 1064 frequency doubling green laser, frequency doubling efficiency is 60%, cavity frequency doubling can reach 70%. The performance is more stable under high temperature conditions (in a temperature control device), such as 40°, 60° and 80°. KTP(KTiOPO4) is used in a wide range of commercial and military lasers, including laboratory and medical systems, range detectors, liDAR, optical communications and industrial laser systems.
